Refund and Return Policy

Our products are intended exclusively for business customers (B2B). We do not enter into contracts with consumers. Therefore, no statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies.

Returns of non-defective goods are accepted only on a voluntary basis and subject to prior agreement. Customers have no entitlement to return or receive a refund for non-defective goods.

If goods are delivered defective or damaged, the rights regarding defects set out in our Terms and Conditions apply. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible and document any visible transport damage or product defects with suitable photographs.
